So experts say that a diet including these foods, especially if accompanied by a replacement therapy nicotine and regular exercise can help to stop smoking without experiencing the anxiety that plagues smokers when they try leave the cigarette.

* Coffee, tea and cola. The caffeine in these drinks makes the body lose calcium, to expel the urine.
