Why Should We Exercise?
Exercise is essential to stay healthy, counteracts the effects of sedentary life and reduces stress. As we move the blood carries more oxygen to the muscles thus increasing their ability to work. If we start doing gymnastics, after several weeks, decrease the heart rate at rest and also when we do not increase much exercise.
