Smoking Fat

On the occasion of the new anti-smoking law which comes into force on 1 January 2006, we wanted to dedicate this article to a harmful habit of smoking.

There are some who think , but that’s not quite real. Nicotine is a harmful and addictive substance to the body, it is true that some impute to remove an effect of hunger but when we compare this to the amount of harmful effects of snuff, we realize that smoking is the worst thing we can occur to remove hunger.

It is true that many people gain weight after quitting smoking, this is because the thin snuff or fattening but the stress and anxiety that entails overcoming addiction to nicotine. This problem can be solved with nicotine gum or patches. Another way to reduce anxiety about quitting are relaxation therapies, hypnosis, acupuncture and others.
