Light recipes: sauces for your food
We know how much more tasty dishes accompanied by sauces and dips. But often (unfortunately!) Are real threats to our diet: rich in fat, when they commence the diet there should forget. But today I want to propose two alternatives very tasty to accompany our dishes and your favorite dishes. Easy, light and full of flavor: the first is the yogurt sauce and the second is the ketchup and onions. Let’s see how to prepare.
Yoghurt dressing
INGREDIENTS
a bunch of wild fennel
100 g of yogurt and whole
salt
PREPARATION
Wash the wild fennel and chop finely. Stir yogurt in a bowl with a tablespoon of fennel and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate.
Onion sauce and ketchup
INGREDIENTS
4 onions sour
4 tablespoons ketchup
sugar
pepper
PREPARATION
Coarsely chop the onions with the crescent. Combined with ketchup, a pinch of sugar, grated pepper and mix the ingredients.
