* Red meat of all kinds.
* Poultry.
* Fish.
* Milk, cheese, yogurt.
* Eggs.
* Basically we eat foods with fewer calories.
* We must not abuse that causes salt and fluid retention.
Foods Not Allowed
It should ban or severely restrict foods high in fat and carbohydrates.
* Sausages.
* Butter.
* Cakes.
* Vegetables.
* Bananas.
* Alcoholic beverages.
* Sugared soft drink ..
Please note:
Foods be prepared in forms simple cooking (grilled, boiled, steamed).
It is advisable to administer the diet meals into 4 or 5 times daily, and that eating small amounts more often in hunger diminishes.
Most low-calorie diets can be dangerous because they often show marked deficiencies in several essential nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. That is why the diet must be balanced.
