Hi! dissociated diet is based on the principle of non-food mix of different categories, for example do not mix foods rich in carbohydrates with protein-rich  (rice with chicken, spaghetti with meat loaf, roasted potatoes, etc.)

This diet is modified to be performed within 10 days, promises to get 5 kilos in 10 days and is organized as follows:

Forbidden foods:
Alocholicas Beverages and soft drinks.
Sugar and honey.

Directions
This diet is recommended for healthy people and should not continue for more than ten days. Consult your nutritionist physician.

DAY 1:
Breakfast: Infusion preferred sweetened diet gelatin + + pieces of fruit flavored all you want or fruit salad without sugar or sweetener.

Lunch: Applesauce, baked fruit, fruit salad, whole fruit pieces unlimited. Gelatin diet with fruits.

Snack: Favorite Infusion + sweetened fruit smoothie (with water) pieces of fruit all you want.

Dinner: Fruit.

DAY 2:
Breakfast: Infusion preferred sweetened carrots + + all the vegetables you want.

Lunch: Steamed or boiled vegetables, seasoned with low sodium soy sauce or vinegar mixed salads or low sodium soy sauce, anything you want.

Snack: Favorite Infusion + sweetened shredded carrots and vegetables you want.

Dinner: Sauteed vegetables with dew plant, mixed with low sodium soy sauce, unlimited.

DAY 3:
Breakfast: Skim milk sweetened with preferred infusion + yogurt + cheese (whatever you want)

Lunch: Fat-free yogurt and skim cheese (unlimited) + gelatin diet.

Snack: Skim milk sweetened with preferred infusion + low-fat yogurt (anything you want)

Dinner: Cheese and nonfat yogurt + gelatin diet (everything you want)

DAY 4:
Breakfast: Infusion + 1 preferred sweetened yogurt or skim milk.

Lunch: Baked chicken, baked, boiled, grilled with salt only, are allowed: lemon, herbs and spices.

Snack: Favorite Infusion + 1 sweetened yogurt or skim milk.
