Cellulite diet
Cellulite is fat trapped in the upper layers of the skin that is visible and palpable.
Women are prone to cellulite because their skin composition and the effect of hormones. This creates the appearance of the so-called orange peel or cellulite.
Cellulite diet:
Breakfast:
- Tea or tea to taste.
- 1 yogurt to taste.
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ.
Lunch:
- 1 carrot smoothie with celery and apple.
- A green salad, cucumber and tomato.
- Pumpkin Soufflé.
Snack:
- A grapefruit juice.
Dinner:
- 1 serving of fish with parsley and garlic and lemon.
Before sleep:
- 1 grapefruit juice.
You should drink about 2 liters of water a day and perform aerobic exercise, with about 30 minutes on 5 days a week is enough.
