Body Odor And The Deodorant Diet

The deodorant diet is ideal, as its name suggests, for people who tend to sweat a lot or have a strong body odor. The deodorant diet helps to correct the cause of this problem usually indicates some internal derangement.

First we must say that sweating is healthy and natural but if body odor is too strong we must find out why.

Certain medications, infections, skin fungus, hormonal imbalances, metabolic problems, and  are the most common.

Breakfast

* Yogurt or kefir with grains or applesauce.
* Fruit ripe.

Lunch
* Vegetables (half of which are raw and not missing the sprouts).
* Rice, corn, pasta, quinoa, amaranth, couscous, millet, barley, oats.
* Tofu, seitan or gluten, tempeh, lentils, soya beans or any vegetable.
* For dessert take apple, pear or a few nuts.

Snack
Some crackers or fruit with a relaxing tea or digestive.

Dinner
* A purifying soup (celery, artichoke, turnip, kombu seaweed, leek, carrot and peel an apple).
* Vegetables and a little protein.
* A fruit and tea.

Observations of diet deodorant

If we do a shock treatment can make a fruit fast for a couple of days.

We can take before each meal (choose one)
* One tablespoon of chlorophyll dissolved in a glass of water.
* A spoonful of the dessert, apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water.
* One tablespoon of Aloe vera juice or aloe in a glass of water.

After meals we take Salvia infusion (no drinking during pregnancy), yarrow and mint. Take one or two cups per day.
With the infusion can take a pair of charcoal tablets or Papaya.
During the first two weeks try to reduce animal protein as possible.
